China Huge market

According to statistics, in 2015 the domestic output of lithium ion batteries has reached 47.13GWh with a 54.78% year-on-year growth, bringing in a revenue of 203 billion RMB with a year-on-year growth of 20%. The industry has also witnessed a dramatic increase in profits, with a total profit of 13 billion RMB and a year-on-year growth of 60%. In the first quarter of 2016, the year-on-year growth of accumulated main business income of national-scale manufacturers has reached 17.1%, with a 54.2% year-on-year growth of total profits. The year-on-year growth of income of lithium ion batteries has reached 31.6%, with a 103.8% year-on-year growth of total profits. It is estimated that , the scale of lithium ion batteries will reach 59.6 billion RMB by the end of 2016 and 200 billion RMB by the end of 2020.
