Application:

Moisture is one of the most significant contaminants which effects the performance of the dielectric fluid and ultimately the transformer lifetime. ASSEN ZYD High vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration and Purification plant combines with unique and advanced vacuum dewatering, degassing components and three grades filtering system for rapidly and effectively separating water, gas, particles from oil,and restore property of insulating oil.

Performance of ZYD Transformer Oil Filtration Machine

Water Removal: Overall Water Content ≤3 PPM by removing free, emulsified, and dissolved water.
Particulate Removal: Particle counts as low as 1 micron.
Entrained Air and Gas Removal ≤ 0.3%
Acid Removal: can be equipped with fullers earth towers to neutralize acid and Lower TAN to < 0.03 KOH/g
Dielectric Strength: ≥75 kV per ASTM 877

Features:

1. A capability of reducing moisture content from 50ppm to 3ppm moisture and 12% gas content to less than 0.1% by volume. 98% of particulate matter will also be removed.
