Flame retardant masterbatch is produced by flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane with polystyrene as carrier after the plasticizing granulation,and the content of flame retardant can reach to 80%. Flame retardant masterbatch has excellent flame retardancy like powder products and also has the advantages of good dispersion, low adding quantity, easy for foaming and extrusion, stable production, and environmentally friendly,etc. It is applicable to various XPS production equipments, and it can well solve the problem of unstable feed especially for single screw equipments.

Characteristics:

1. Particle ship is neat, even, with no dust and has no pollutions to the equipment and environm ent which can ensure a continuous production of 12 hours with no stop.

2.Good dispersity: The flame retardant can distribute evenly in the XPS and can play itsall flame retardant efficiency.

3.The selection of imported heat stabilizer: Thermal decomposition temperature≥240℃all specifications of the flame retardant XPS masterbatch can reach the export standards.</ span>

4.It has low corrosivity, and it can prolong the service life of the screw and the screw barrel.

5.Under normal processing temperature,it is free from the discoloration of the flame ret-ardant HBCD.
