ICEUPS slice ice machine main features:
A. The evaporator inner wall adopts high-quality chrome-plated carbon steel (or food grade SUS304 stainless steel), which is highly efficient, energy-saving, anti-corrosion, and not easy to damage. Maintenance is more convenient;
B. Evaporator uses automatic argon-arc fluoride welding technology, which fully enhance the quality and prevent refrigerant leakage.
C. Use the spiral hob, which is low resistance, low abrasion, without noise, and uniform ice scraping.
D.The whole units composed of compressor, condenser, gas-liquid separator, oil separator, liquid storage tank, and expansion valve. This highly efficient and energy-saving refrigeration system own a lot of patents in the industry.
E.Microcomputer intelligent control: The ice making system adopts microcomputer automatic control system. Once there is a water shortage, reversal, ice full, ice scraping, high pressure, low pressure or other fault, it will directly feedback to the PLC computer program, then will automatically process by the microcomputer and finally display on the touch screen. This controller system is totally user-friendly, simply operation and easy maintenance.
