3. Full-automatic tube cutting machine:

the traditional full-automatic tube cutting machine is favored by some small and medium-sized enterprises with the small amount of cutting and not very high cutting precision because of its multiple functions. It is divided into servo full-automatic tube cutting machine, servo full-automatic non-woolen tube cutting machine, hydraulic pressure full-automatic tube cutting machine, which applied PLC Touch Control and liquid-crystal 3D animation of cutting. They can be set different lengths and production, and set to complete the cutting automatically. Feeding and cutting are all finished automatically, while loading needs to be done by hand.

4. Intelligent tube cutting machine:

① To feed automatically and continuously. The feed is placed on the shelf by hand and the rest of process will be done automatically.

② To recognize the stub bar and cut the end of feed automatically.

③ To have mechanical location automatically, and the cutting precision can be about 0.05mm.

④ High efficiency: The average cutting only takes 2-3 seconds, no burr in the incision and no deformation. One person can operate multiple machines at the same time. It is suitable for customers who have mass production.
