Maintenance of mini oil machine

(I) the lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of work. The oil cup on the reducer should not be short of oil.

(II) The wet oil parts shall be prevented from the invasion of dust and other impurities. The oil quality of the reducer shall be checked once a year. If it is found to be deteriorated, all oil shall be replaced.

(III) When the amount of pressing is reduced and the oil output is out of order, the screw shaft shall be extracted, and the wear of the screw, the strip and the ring shall be checked, and the worn parts shall be replaced in time.

(IV) After each shift of work, the residual cakes in the machine shall be cleaned, and dust and grease on the machine surface shall be cleaned.

(V) After the end of the production season, long-term storage shall be conducted, followed by maintenance. Remove and re-grease the screw, strip and cake ring, and put them in the dry place.
