Nylon 6 POY

Partially Oriented poy yarn (nylon poy yarn) refers to multi-filament that is only partially stretched, which is the primary form of nylon filament yarn made through the polymerizing and spinning processes. POY is generally lower tenacity and less uniform than fully oriented yarn (FOY). All critical yarn proprietary such as draw force, tenacity, elongation, uster and shrinkage are closely monitored and controlled.

Nylon POY yarn is mainly used in texturizing to make textured yarn, also known as Nylon 6 Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY). Our POY is primarily used by us as a raw material for our production of DTY nylon yarn. And the remaining part is sold separately as end products.

POY yarn is mainly available in Raw White color and in different lustre like Semi-Dull POY, full-dull POY and Bright POY.
