(Q35M) The turntable is installed on the revolving door with bearing. With the opening of the door, the turntable will turn out. It is very convenient to take and place the work-piece.

(Q35M) The turntable is divided into indoor and outdoor parts by the rubber sealing curtain of the cleaning room. Indoor cleaning, outdoor revolving and the work-piece loading and unloading, with high productivity.

Especially suitable for the surface cleaning of the work-piece which has the feature of the flat; thin wall and fear collision.

The work-piece is placed on the low-speed rotating workbench, and the Impeller Head is arranged on the upper and side of the cleaning room to shoot the work-piece.

It is required that the height of the cleaned parts shall not exceed 300 mm. (this height refers to the local height of the parts, not the height of all parts on the whole turntable).

The weight of a single piece shall not exceed 50 kg for small parts.

Then through the outlet of the directional sleeve, it is thrown to the work-piece through the blade to accelerate, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

The direction of the steel shot from the Impeller Head is determined by the directional sleeve, which can change the shot position.

Before use, the user should adjust the directional sleeve of the Impeller Head to the appropriate position, and then fix the directional sleeve.
