Carbide die blank(Heading die core, forging die core or other die core) is the raw material for carbide die factories to make finished heading die or forging die, ground carbide die core will be assembled into tool steel covers, to get a finished die.

The last material checking item is scanning the whole carbide die blank by ultrasonic instrument, which can find out the material flaw special the sand hole easily.

6. Size control: Accurate size control enables a low size tolerance, which reduces machining allowance.

7. Grinding service: Outer diameter surface, inner hole, and the end surface of carbide die blank can be skimmed ground or fine ground according to drawing.

8. Delivery time: Simple items(Outer diameter less than 30mm, height less than 100 and hole diameter bigger than 2mm) can be delivered in three days if simple grinding needed, delivery time is one week.
