Aluminium formwork is a construction system for casting the concrete structure of a building. The lightweight aluminium panels and simple installation deliver greater efficiency on the site. Otalum's aluminium shuttering construction and aluminium shuttering work are suited for many different types of structures, including single houses, apartments and high-rise buildings. All components such as walls, columns, floors, beams, stairways and balconies as well as openings for windows and doors can be constructed with this system. With the correct use of our aluminium shuttering construction system, one can not only greatly increase the efficiency of his/her work, but he/she can also produce an extraordinarily strong structure with an excellent concrete finish.

Compared with traditional formwork, aluminium formwork can be recycled as industrial aluminium profiles. With an average weight of 23 - 27 kg/m2, aluminium column formwork is easy to install, and it can also save the aluminium formwork cost and aluminium shuttering price. Meanwhile, the concrete made by aluminium formwork system has a much better finish than that by the traditional systems, thus greatly improving the project quality.

Packing and Delivery of Aluminium Formwork

Packing of Aluminium Formwork:

Similar to the packing of Otalum's T-slot aluminum profile, a protective film will be stuck on the aluminium formwork's visible surface, and a heat shrink film or craft paper will be utilized to cover and protect the outside. Customized packing of aluform formwork is also available.

Delivery of Aluminium Formwork:

1. Die development of Aluminium Formwork: 15-25 days after payment is received and drawings are confirmed.

2. Production time of Aluminium Formwork: 25-30days after the deposit is received and samples are confirmed.

Aluminum Formwork Assembly

1.Check whether all components are on site,not damaged and whether they are working properly (see list and quantity table). Do not use damaged or incorrect components.

2.Before assembling, please make sure the aluminum construction profiles are clean.

3.During transportation, handle the panel carefully. Avoid collisions and collisions.

4.Do not climb the panel.
