Due to the advantages of no oxide layer both inside and outside wall, no leakage under high pressure, high precision, high finish degree, no deformation and flaring, no cracks flattening, precision bright annealed tube is mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as air cylinder or gas cylinder. It can be seamless tube, and also welded pipe. The chemical components of precision bright annealed tube are C, Si, Mn, S, P, Cr.

Especially for the annealed tubing with size greater than 12 meters, the ordinary pickling tube is very hard to clean the internal surface, however, with the bright annealing method, our tubing is much cleaner, smoother on both inner and outer surface. We use bright annealing method, the temperature of the furnace can reach greater than 1350℃, and the tolerance for the putting and real temperature can be controlled Within ±2℃, which is bright annealed stainless' s special advantage, compared with the regular one.
