SiSiB® PC1110

SiSiB® PC1110 is an amino-functional silane that may be used over a broad range of applications to give an improvement in the bond between a substrate, filler or reinforcement and resins that react with the amino group. It is the equivalent of Momentive's A-1110, Dow's Z-6610, Wacker's GF96, Evonik's Dynasylan AMMO, ShinEtsu's KBM-903 silane.

SiSiB® PC1110 amino silane is especially recommended to thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins such as epoxy, PBT, polyurethane etc. It can improve reinforced plastic's physical properties and electric properties as flexural strength, compression strength and shear strength.

It also can improve the dispersion and wet ability of filler in the high molecular materials. SiSiB® PC1110 is an excellent promoter of adhesion and sealant (such as polyurethane, phenol and epoxy silane sealant). In the glass wool and FRP products, it can be added into phenol resins to improve the wet resistance and mechanical performance.

Technical Data

Solubility: SiSiB® PC1110 reacts with water. Take precautions to avoid contact with atmospheric moisture.

Application

SiSiB® PC1110 can be used as excellent adhesion promoter in Silane-terminated polyurethane technology, particularly for difficult substrates such as ABC, PVC ad Poly Shyrene.

SiSiB® PC1110 silane coupling agent can be used as superior adhesion promoter in RTV silicones and other hybrid sealants.

SiSiB® PC1110 (3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane) acts as useful component in primer systems for hybrid and polyurethane sealants.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® PC1110 is supplied in 25Kg plastic drum, 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC container.

In the unopened container SiSiB® PC1110 (3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane) has a shelf life of one year.
