Expansion joint twin sphere's flange material can be carbon steel & stainless steel ,union material are malleable iron.Both rubber material can be Neoprene.EPDM,NBR.

Both pressure of expansion joint twin sphere and union type are Class150,PN10/16,JIS 10K/16K
3. Range of Applications (Similarity):
Standard: DIN PN/PN16, ANSI 150LBS, JIS 10K/16K.
Size: 1 1/4"-120" (DN32-DN3000)
Material of Rubber: Neoprene, EPDM, NBR.
4. Installation (Difference):
Twin sphere expansion joint is connected to the flange end of the pipe with bolts, and the union type expansion joint is not connected to flanges end.
