Dessicant Wonderful Dry Cabinet Manual Dehumidification Theory

The humidity storage cabinet will absorb moisture through the imported material (molecular sieve) physically, after saturation, heating, through the memory alloy opening and closing, the moisture is exhausted in the form of water vapour. Thus repeatedly, until it reaches IC program set humidity value.

Nitrogen or Dry air Dehumidification Theory

To fill N2 or dry air into the humidity-controlled dry storage cabinet, squeeze the HO2 out of the dry cabinet, then make the humidity go down. By using our QDN(Nitrogen Saving Module), could save 40-60%RH N2 or dry air.

How to Use Dry Cabinet?

STEP 1

Make even the dry storage cabinet. If the floor is not even, the door will be stretched to an unparallel situation. Adjust the knob to even the humidity storage cabinet.

STEP 2

Connect the modules according to the wiring Diagram. Please ensure the Voltage Requirement of our drying cabinet for sale matches your electric source before connecting.

STEP 3

For the first time operation. Please maintain an empty dry storage cabinet and switch it on for 24 hours before storing any items. Then, you can set the humidity according to the manual.
