Diagnostic Kit for Seasonal Influenza Virus H1 Subtype (PCR-Fluorescence Probing)

Based on one-step real-time influenza a h1 pcr technology, the seasonal influenze test kit selects the highly conserved region of IV H1 subtype gene coding region as the target, designs specific primers and fluorescent probes, and performs one-step RT-PCR amplification for qualitative detection of H1 subtype RNA of seasonal influenza virus in samples. In addition, this influenza H1 detection kit also has internal standard to monitor the whole process of nucleic acid extraction and reduce the occurrence of false negative results.

High specificity: No cross-reaction with other similar pathogens.

High Accuracy: Involved endogenous internal to monitor the whole NAAT procedure from sampling to PCR result.

Universal: Compatible with a mainstream real-time fluorescent PCR system.
