Pure Steam Generation Process

The pure steam generation process involves the following steps:

Feedwater Treatment: The first step is to treat the feedwater to remove impurities and minerals that can cause corrosion or fouling of the steam generator. The feedwater is typically pretreated using reverse osmosis, ion exchange, or other purification methods.

Boiler: The treated feedwater is then heated in a boiler to generate steam. The boiler is typically designed with a large surface area to ensure maximum heat transfer and minimize the risk of impurities in the steam.

Separation: The steam is separated from any remaining impurities in a separator, which may be a cyclone or a demister.

Pure Steam Generator: The pure steam generator is the final step in the process, where the steam is further purified using a series of filters, including activated carbon and sterile-grade filters. The pure steam generator typically operates at a lower pressure than the boiler to prevent the carryover of impurities into the pure steam.
