1. Product introduction
The PFA cleaning tank is an upgraded model after the PTFE cleaning bucket. It is specially designed for semiconductor photovoltaic and other industries. It is formed in one piece, so there is no need to worry about leakage. Mainly used for soaking and cleaning flower baskets or wafer cassettes with chip silicon cells. Due to the characteristics of PFA, it can withstand the corrosiveness of cleaning solutions. At the same time, it has a low blank value of metal elements, no dissolution or precipitation, and will not contaminate chip wafers.
