I then discussed this issue with Alexander, suggesting that he switch to pallet packaging, which would be cheaper than fumigation and just as safe. The total volume of the goods was 7 cubic meters, while a 20-foot container can hold up to 28 cubic meters. The excess space could cause the goods to shift during transit, potentially damaging fragile items. To prevent this, I arranged for additional securing of the cargo inside the container. Our warehouse has extensive experience in this area and is very skilled in cargo securing. These details, like changing the packaging and securing the cargo, might seem small, but neglecting them can lead to serious problems.
