In a world grappling with population boom, waste overgrowth, climate change, and resource scarcity, improving the efficiency of recycling usable resources has become increasingly critical. This pre-sorting step ensures that only suitable materials enter the next stage, where magnetic separators precisely attract iron particles from mixed waste, recovering magnetic materials like steel with purity rates above 95%.​

Construction Waste requires robust handling: jaw crushers break large concrete blocks and bricks into uniform fragments, while impact crushers further refine particle sizes for optimal reuse. Jig separator machines then use water flow and gravity to sort denser non-ferrous metals like copper and zinc, ensuring even trace metals are recovered from this challenging waste stream.
