Machine à découper à couteau ruban (peeling machine)

La machine à dérouler à couteau-ruban est équipée : -d'un cylindre qui tourne autour d'un axe. l'entraînement du cylindre se fait par un rouleau d'avance tangentielle. -d'un dispositif d'aspiration pour la poussière de meulage. -d'un compteur métrique. l'ajustage de l'épaisseur de coupe se fait par des pignons interchangeables. Matière utilisée : mousse souple, mousse agglomérée La dimension de l'épaisseur de coupe varie entre 1 et 20 mm. La largeur du couteau-ruban : 30 mm. La vitesse de déroulage peut être indéfiniment réglée de 5 à 110 m/mn .
