Joint-venture in sawdust processing

A Russian company is looking for a business partner from Europe in order to create a joint-venture in processing waste that comes from wood (sawdust, woodchips and slab wood) into products that have demand in Europe. One of the options is bio diesel fuel production but other options are welcomed.

The Company has the following resources:

- Privately owned land property with wood processing factory on part of it

- Production facilities

- Supply lines

- Approach roads

- Big amounts of raw material for future production

- Vehicles.

The Company can take the following responsibilities in the project:

- financing (in the amount agreed by the parties)

- erecting a building for planned production and installing supply lines

- supplying the necessary raw material in the amount of 100%

- partly performing managerial functions (as agreed by the parties)

- settling matters related to customs clearance.

The following is expected from a potential partner:

-supply of reliable and efficient equipment (new or used one), mounting and installation of the equipment

- responsibility for selling the final product in the European market

- managing the company (if the business partner is ready and willing to perform this).
