If the customer wants to make large products and large size moulds, the mould should be made of sili cone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mould with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicone with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual r equirements of the customer. If moulds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is neede d; contrarily, if moulds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.Our curing agent is free charged.
(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine det ailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mol d for easy demould.)

what should you do for imcomplete curing after the mold is finished?

Two causes lead to this problem:

a. Inexact mixing ratio, not to weigh following the standard ;

b. The mixture of the silicone and catalyst is not mixed evenly.

You should avoid this kind of problem ,otherwise there will be a waste of silicone mold.
