Granulator(RG52120)

RG Granulator with multiple options in cutter structure as well as high quality rotor can better cope with material of different shape, thickness and texture, thus significantly improves efficiency and increases throughput. Meanwhile, it can also function as fine granulation solution in multiple recycling systems.

Design

RG Granulator is specialized in size-reduction of material relatively thinner and more brittle, such as plastic, rubber, film etc. The interlocking structure between the moving and fixed blades, which demonstrates intersection of radial deflexion, effectively reduces cutting resistance and improves cutting performance, thus increases throughput and brings down energy consumption. The counterweight wheels with large diameter ensure great force of inertia and impact. The moving blades, arranged in pattern of spiral, S or other types of stepped patterns, coordinate with the fixed blades to form uniform cutting action, which suits perfectly the granulation of sheet plastic, profiles, cables and other material of greater hardness and thickness.
