Application:

Mold temperature machine, also called the mould temperature control machine, widely used in plastic injection, die casting of light guide plate, rubber tires, wheel, chemical reaction kettle, mixer an d so on all walks of life. HWM series water heaters have both standard and high temperature models, which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature, also they can be used in other similar applications. High temperature water from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by d irect cooling. It is then pressurized by the high-pressure pump, sent to the heating tank and finall y to the mould with a constant temperature.

Working principle:

Mold temperature machine by the water tank, heating and cooling system, power transmission system, l iquid level control system and temperature sensors, spree and other parts. The system will automatically start the solenoid value to let the cooling water come into the double structure of the heating tank and cool down the water, then a constant temperature can be mai ntained.
