Easy Arc Cast Iron Welding Electrode / Welding Stick(AWS Enicu-B)
The Easy Arc Cast Iron Welding Electrode / Welding Stick is a kind of cast rion welding electrode. The solder is a nickel-copper alloy cored (Monel), strong reducible type graphite coated cast iron electrode.
The solder's processing performance and machining performance is close to Z308. The welding electrode is not suitable for welding stress areas due to its high contractibility rate, lower strength of welding joint, less crack resistance, but can weld grey cast iron at normal temperature and low temperature perheating (at 300°C or so). The welding rod works on DC/AC with stable arc and handy usage.

The solder is used to weld and repair gear iron castings which don't need high strength.

7) Used for welding thin cast iron piece and repairing welding surfaces, such as the cast iron parts of cylinder covers, engine bases, gearcases and lathe guide rails.
