MC150-DF is a high performance auto feed laser marking machine equipped with optional automatic rewinding mechanism and automatic correction machine with auxiliary feeding function achieves a large-format carving, marking, cutting and punching on flexible material. YMHQY2015

Feature
1. German laser generator, excellent external optical transmission system and traxial dynamic laser marking system are adopted. Fully digital control system ensures long-term stable operation with high-speed.
2. Imported precise ball screw and linear guide transmission are used in X direction transmission. Preload installation process on the screw make the whole process more stable at high speed transmission so that scanning can be more accurate on graphical splicing in X direction.
3. Strip table with a separate two-stage adsorption structure is matched with pressure conveying structure, which has strong adsorption, smooth transportation and ensures high precision scanning at graphical splicing in U direction. Each strip can be independently removable and replacement is very convenient.
4. Equipped with individually controlled panel; ergonomic design; easy operation and maintenance.
5. Excellent enclosed design effectively prevents operator form laser radiation: easy operation and maintenance. Hydrodynamic design ensures thorough dust emission from the processing area while processing, which perfectly achieves truly environmental protection and safety.
6. Powerful smart canner can be used on windows2000/win XP/win7, friendly operation design. Open multi-language support: Compatible with Corel draw, AutoCAD and other professional graphic design software output file; Support PLT, DXF, BMP, AI format etc. Simple operation, fast data processing and high efficiency.
7. Optional automatic rewinding mechanism and automatic correction machine with auxiliary feeding function achieves a large-format carving, marking, cutting and punching on flexible material.
