S Stainless steel submersible sewage pump

Summary

S Series stainless steel submersible sewage pump is suitable to transfer waste water with acid and alkali component such as sewage treatment in pharmaceutical factory, chemical plant, food factory and seawater treatment etc.

The whole pump casing is made from stainless steel (304SS) material with good corrosion resistance and wide flow channel and strong blowdown ability.

Characteristics

1. The whole pump casing is made from stainless steel (SS304) and specially suitable for sewage with weak acid and alkali etc.
2. The pump is with NSK bearing and has longer life
3. Pump is with overload protector. The temperature gets too high when voltage reduces or impeller is blocked or water level is lower than idea level etc. At the moment, the pump can automatically shut off the power and let pump stop work.
4. Stainlesss steel (304SS) open type impeller with very good anti-clogging performance and stainless steel shaft etc is very durable.
5. Pump is with double way mechanical seal. Sealing face: alloy&SiC, rubber part: NBR, Spring: stainless steel. Mechanical seal is durable.
6. Copper wire motor.
7. Anti leakage cable is for the electric pump.

Service conditions

1. Medium temperature is not higher than 80 Celsius degree. Density: 1.0-1.3kg/m³. SS304 material is for PH 4-10. Otherwise SS316 is advised.
2. Normally pump should lift in use range so that motor does not overload.
3. The electric current of motor should not exceed its rated current in operation.

Installation

Stainless steel submersible sewage pump is often connected with PE pipe and the connection is for flange or elbow. PE pipe has the good corrosion resistance and reasonable price.
