2.Process Flow For Wheat Flour Milling Machine:

(1),Impurities removal in the versatile cleaner/separator/destoner firstly ,

(2),then the pure grain be transformed to intensive dampener/wheat washing machine for wettin g,

(3),after intensive dampening, the wheat will be stored for several hours in conditioning tan k.

(4),After wheat obtain the optimum moisture for milling, they will be crushed and milled in r oller mill and graded/extracted in drum sieve/plansifter.

3.Output Index Of Wheat Flour Milling Plant:

All-purpose flour/standard flour: about 75-80%, according the consumer's requiements,equipment can be adjusted to produce special pre cise flour,special flour or other flour for special use.
