Basic Structure of The Sawdust Dryer
Sawdust dryer mainly consists of rotary drum dryer, induced air equipment, high-speed scattered equipment, feed plate,cleaning device, conveying equipment, heat source equipment, electric motor and reducer, supporting device and sealing device, dust-removing equipment, electronic control system and other parts.
Sawdust dryer cylinder locates on the active wheel which drives the cylinder rotating at low speed by motor and reduction gear. There is the inlet between the pipe of heat equipment and the cylinder of the dryer in which there are stir blades. On the connection of the cylinder and the filter cartridge there is the bezel on which opening a small hole. With one end connected with the cylinder and the other end connected with the material duct, the filter cartridge has stoppers within it and slag hole at the bottom of it. One end of the cooling tube is connected with the material duct by a blower and the other is connected with the discharge port.
