The material of agitation tank is 316 L. The overall set is shining and neat. We produce pressure vessels of a variety of specifications according to customer requirements. From 20L-30000L, or even bigger, are available. Control: man-machine interface control, agitation speed variable, weighing, temperature controllable, PH examination, conductivity examination, pneumatic valve, CIP and SIP.

For self-suction fermenting device, the rotor at the bottom generate vacuum, automatic breathe air into the tank, and mix fermentation liquid and air fully, form a rapid injection of gas-liquid flow, strong turbulence is formed in the interior of the fermentation tank, increase the gas-liquid contact area, give the perfect oxygen (OTR up to 3.5Kg per m³/h), so the number of bacteria will promote the rapidly.
