Applications:

This thermal break aluminum profile rolling machine is to combine thermal barrie r strip or plastic profile with aluminum profiles to make thermal break aluminum profile. Hardened r olling discs are used to press the knurled profile and thermal barrier strip or plastic profile toge ther, to make a composite profile that has great insulation effect.

Features:

1, Six sets of hardened rolling discs and rubber roller are electrically control led for fast change of profiles.

2, Six sets of rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stab le rolling, high speed, and high efficiency.

3, Vertical and horizontal distance between each pair of rolling discs is adjust able for different sizes of profiles.

4, Step-less speed regulation. Taiwan HIWIN linear rail, Schneider electrical ap pliance, and precision screws are adopted.
