FEATURES

APPLICATION

OVD series volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, master batch or additives. The color additives are added according to the preset proportion and parameters, error limit is within 1%. There are two modes of OVD which is separately applied to injection molding and extrusion molding. A gear motor with various gear ration is coupled to a dosing screw of 12, 16, 20, 24mm in diameter to give several models with output ranging from 0.1kg/hr to 110kg/hr. Three-color and four-color dosers are available for customers to use in various fields.

FUNCTIONAL SCHEME

Signals from the digital control cabinet are sent to motor, and motor begins to work. The rotating force is transferred to the dosing screw through shaft connector. Color additives in the hopper fall into the groove of conveying screw, then are taken to hopper base by rotating action of the screw.
