They are important tools in the pouring of precast parts and beams, columns, tunnels and port construction. Principle: The working part is a hallow cylinder, with an oscillater inside. Driven by the power source, the oscillation of the oscillater causes a mechanical vibration of high frequency amplititude of the vibrator head. The concrete vibrator is poked into the concrete during operation. The vibration of it will make the concrete remarkably compact.
