2014 Hot Exported Tundish Metering Nozzle
Introduction:
The product is suitable for open pouring steel in tundish. During ten years of production and using, through users' feedback, we research, develop, and upgrade the product. The earliest full-zirconium sizing nozzle is not used widely because of its high cost. Overall composite zirconium sizing nozzle is widely used in the nineties because of its low cost. However, due to the short service life, which is replaced by zirconium mosaic sizing nozzle now promoted.
Advantages:
i) Stable product quality, all the Slide Gate Series products can meet the national standards;
ii) A long service life in actual use and good reputation at home & abroad
iii)The slide plates have the advantages of high strength, good erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and good stability etc..
iv) Mainly used in large and medium-sized ladle.
