Neuromuscular junctions are the connection points between nerve endings and muscle cells, and they transmit signals by releasing neurotransmitters to control muscle contraction and relaxation. When too much neurotransmitter is released, muscles contract excessively, leading to the formation of wrinkles. And Argireline effectively inhibits this process, thus reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
