Apply to dyeing of mordant dyes, metal complex dye and acid dyes of mercerized wool and chinlon and make dye bath pH slipping to acidity from neutral.

Organic mixed acid.

[General properties]

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid

Ionicity: nonionic

pH: 6-7.5(1% diluted liquid)

Solubility: easily soluble in water

Stability: resist to hard water, salt and acid and easy hydrolyzed with alkali.

[Product features]

1. Acid releasing agent is a kind of gradient acid, not as a general free acid that can make the pH decreasing immediately. While it can release organic acid gradually by increased temperature, bring the pH of dye bath down to stability and achieve the requirement of dye bath.

2. While wool and chinlon dyeing of acid dyes, active dyes, mordant dyes and metal complex dyes, adjust the neutral pH to alkalescency and dyes slowly and evenly at dyeing beginning. pH is change to acid by dye bath temperature increment that can guarantee best dyeing safety and best reproducibility.

3. Because of low dyeing rate and good leveling, so can increase temperature quickly and shorten dyeing time and improve production efficiency.

4. Special for dyeing of chinlon and mercerized wool by chlorination.

Acid-releasing agent: 0.5-1.5g/L (Add to dye bath directly)

[Packaging and storage]

125 kg/ polyethylene drum, keep it under seal in cool and dry place.,6 months avoid water and alkali.
