Working principle of activated carbon adsorption device:

Pretreatment process is taken before VOC organic waste gas getting into the adsorber, including filter bag filtering, washing, moisture adjustment and other methods, to remove dust, high boiling point, or easily polymerized harmful substances, prolong the service life of activated carbon. In the activated carbon layer after treatment of VOC, in which the solvent is adsorbed, the air is discharged through exhaust pipe.

Steam is used as a heat source to desorb the solvent, forming a mixture of steam and solvent, leaving the desorber, getting a mixture of solvent and water by condensing cooling. If the solvent is insoluble in water, the chromatography layer method is used to reuse the solvent, such as benzene, toluene, etc. If the solvent dissolves in water, methods of distillation, extraction, or distillation are used to extract solvent, such as methanol, acetone, etc.
