FEATURES OF AQUEOUS INKJET PHOTO PAPER

High gloss paper can be extremely smooth, or it may have a very slight texture. Glossy paper is desired when you want the most light reflected back at the viewer. This makes for more saturated colors and the ability to see sharp details. It's no wonder that high gloss inkjet paper has the highest D-Max of all inkjet media. The luster surface is also called satin or semi-gloss. Luster inkjet photo paper has a repeating textured surface. At certain angles it can look like the surface of automotive paint. It allows the paper to better withstand handling. The texture hides minor scratches and scuffs from wear and handling. And, lower direct reflection of light to the viewer. This makes for less glare, shine, and makes the image easier to see at all angles.

AQUEOUS INKJET PHOTO PAPER SOLUTIONS

RC Photo Paper

JinYu RC photo paper is produced from a refined wood pulp base encased in two layers of plastic polyethylene, then coated with a microporous inkjet receptive emulsion. RC photo papers are water resistant, scuff resistant and scratch resistant. RC photo paper surfaces range from glossy to satin, luster, and more. They deliver deep blacks and white whites, great contrast and sharpness, and are certainly appropriate for a variety of subject matter. RC photo papers are usually the go-to papers for portrait and wedding photographers.

Water Resistant Aqueous Inkjet Photo Paper

‘Water-resistant' means that if a print is exposed to water, it should not be damaged, as long as it is carefully dried in a timely manner. Special matte coating of the surface, this photo paper provides a good color reproduction with pigment and dye inks. 180gsm and 220gsm grades are regular in store.

Dye Ink Compatible Photo Paper

These photographic papers are the common products for image industry. High glossy, matte, satin and luster surface finishes available. Compare with RC photo paper and water resistant aqueous photo paper, dye ink compatible photo paper is cheaper. Therefore, this paper is mainly for economic and short application.
