Configuration of Asphalt Drum Mix Plant .
1. Aggregate Feed Bins : multiple bins to storage 2-4 size virgin aggregate ,
variable speed feeder conveyors control and regulate the flow amount of cold feed ,
optional vibration motors are installed on the wall of sand bin .
2. Bitumen Supply System: insulated bitumen tank keep the liquid or emulsion bitumen ,
pump station together combined with the pump ,
3. Drying & Mixing Drum : drying and mixing drum is the core components for stationary
and mobile asphalt drum mix plant, the cold aggregate go through the drum by the gravity ,
the moisture is removed and the aggregated is heated ,heated aggregate combined with the bitumen ,
filler are mixing in the same drums , thermocouple included to control the hot mix asphalt t
emperature as required .the drum and burner is installed on the same chassis .
4. Special Burners : variable fuel options for the customized demand : heavy and light oil ,
natural gas or coal . special design burners with minimal fuel consumptions
5. Load Out Elevator : SINOSUN group equip the latest generation bucket elevator.
the hot mix asphalt will discharged on the bucket elevator direct into the storage bin .
6. Storage Silos : the hot mix asphalt is suspended in the storage silos ,
asphalt truck can unload the mixed material under the silos directly .
7. Dust Collection System : optional dust collection system are available :
multiple cyclone type , water collection type or bag house filter (latest generation) .

8. Automatic Control System : Auto and Manual control free exchange ,
the latest control system will keep the asphalt drum mix plant producing
