The dryer designed by our company is one kind of automatic drying line which is specially matched with large and medium-sized egg carton machines. It can quickly dry the formed wet egg carton, and the multi-layer drying design can effectively improve the drying effect and save energy and space occupation.

Because the egg carton is boutique packaging, the quality must be better than the common egg tray, so there required hot-press shaping process, to make the surface of egg carton more beautiful. We have two options for the customers: manual operation type (900~1000pcs/h), automatic hot-press shaping unit.
