EPS pre-expander: it's used to make EPS raw material to foamed beads 2. EPS shape molding machine: it's used to make foamed beads to kinds of shaped products like foam box, electric & electronic package, ICF, helmet, seed tray, decoration cornice and etc. 3. Mould: it's hang in the shape molding machine to make different products. Ⅱ.Features of eps foam machinery 1. All the frames are welded, with four horizontal guide rods, adopts PLC control, Mould closing, filling, heating, cooling and demould, the whole procedure automaticcally. All electronic components are world famous brands, ensure the machine is stable running, energy efficiency, longer working life and higher productivity; 2. Heating pressure controlled by the e, assisted by the balance valve, ensure the quality of final product. 3. Driven by hydraulic system, stable running 4. Adopt the pressurized filling system, ensure the enough filling to the mould. 5. Adopt the rotary encoder to control the distance between MI and MII, can be adjusted in the touch screen. 6. Adopt the fault re-checking system.
