Description:
Belt dryer is a highly efficient drying system that can be used in different industry segments and production lines. The products include coal briquettes, charcoal briquettes, biomass pellets, wood chips and other lump or solid materials. Drying temperature is adjustable according to different raw materials so it has a vast application. It has the character of high efficiency, low broken rate, stable performance, etc.
Working Principle:
Mesh belt dryer is a horizontal dryer with multi-sections, which is mainly used for drying in humidity state when the intensity is not high pellet or ball. The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the discharge port at the bottom of the drying box. Drying time for 15% humidity coal ash briquettes is approximately 60 minutes, and customers can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the finished ball. The belt speed is adjustable in order to achieve good product quality.
