The electric rotary dryer has made a great breakthrough and innovation on the basis of the traditional single drum rotary dryer structure.
1. The binocular rotary dryer has high thermal efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effect.
2. Material exchanges heat between the inner cylinder and heat flow in the form of radiation, convection, and conduction, while heat exchanges in the outer cylinder are combined in the form of conduction and convection.
3. The length of the machine is shortened, which is conducive to the process layout. The length of the whole machine is about 40% shorter than that of the single drum dryer, which reduces the building area of the plant and saves the project investment.
4. Design of various lifting boards to make the exchange of materials and hot flue gas more fully.
