Egret BOPP Tape is very commonly used packing tape, it adopts biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film as substrate

Process of BOPP Tape Production

NO.1

First, mix PP resin material and other medicals, and then extrude, cooling, longitude extension to BOPP film. It will made into 20 mic to 30 mic thickness.

Second, we use white paint or yellow to dye the BOPP film.

Third, we coat different silicon on the back side of MOPP blue or white film, to ensure its easy release or unwind.

Forth, we coat with very high bond hot melt or water-based adhesives.

Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls. The jumbo size is 1020mmx3000m. In the meanwhile, we can also rewind to small logs, size can be 1020x50m.
