1. Brief introduction

Fertilizer batching & blending &packing system custom design and produce to fit our clients specific requirements based on blend complexity (kinds of ingredients), output (tons per hour), local climate and fertilizers used (powder or granular), space available for the system, labor force and level of automation etc.The weighing system hasgain-in weight static weighing scale for 5-40tons per hour blending. The flow metering belt scale and loss-in-weight scale are suitable for the big output requirements. Operation is controlled by computer with a manual back up system. Formulation can be changed rapidly in the manufacturing process to accommodate special orders or customer needs.

The bulk blending fertilizer production line includes the following systems

Standard export containers. Bare main machine, motors and small parts are packed in cases. We can also pack them according to your requirement.

2. During Sales

Make sure the selection of related materials during production is strictly carried out on the basis of contract. Furthermore, we will guide our customers how to install and adjust machine on site for free and train them how to correctly use and maintain the machines.

3. After Sales

The warranty period for complete machines (excluding wearing parts) is one year since the contact goods delivery time, providing professional technology support within and after the warranty period and promptly supply spare parts and wearing parts by ordinary price. We provide lifelong technical supports to our customers.
