2. The punching station can install six punching dies, turn to the right punching die when operation, which will largely save the time of changing mold and improve the production efficiency.

3. The bending position is a double-deck with close constructure, which enabled the three work stations be operated at the same time without any interferece.

4. The bending position is controled by Siemens PLC. the bending precision can be ±1°, the repeat bending precision can be ±0.3°.

5. The thermal relay, AC contactor and circuit breakers are from Schneider.

6. The directional valves and relief valves are from YUKEN.

7. Each station can be set automatically shut down time, which will save a lot electricity costs for the factory.
8. The hydraulic tank is welded with 3mm thick steel plate and made phosphate treatment, which insures the hydrauli oil without any degeneration after long-term usage.

9. The busbar machine is easy to be moved with four castors.
