We developed HX-Ⅱtype calender machine with the advantages of domestic and international calender se t, that focus on improving the quality of the design and manufacture of solar photovoltaic glass. Th e core part of the prior the domestic calender machine had been transformed and improved the perform ance and structure to be more reasonable. The main improvements are the following:

1/ The translation and the lifting mechanism is composed of the original open worm drive improvement for box type closed worm gear machine. Avoid the past due to the high temperature caused by lubrica ting dry, slow performance and debris falling on it and cause movement blocked.

2/ Roller chain drive system to pull up the original round of external pressure to increase the pres sure to make the chain tensioner drive more smoothly.

3/ The main drive motor reducer adopts Germany SEW products, transmission toothed chain wheels are m ade of Ashkenazi. It drives more smoothly and prolong life.

4/ Compact and reasonable walking and translational drive structure. Pan with electric, manual dual power.

5/ Electrical control adopts optimized design, the use of random electrical control box, can be dire ctly manipulated walking and panning. Line system tray sealing, its high temperature cable external plug in all aviation plug connectors with external control systems, automatic re-routing without the manufacturer.
