Tradditional conveyor belt joint use belt fastener ,due to unreasonable design of fastener structural itself, longitudinal scrape of belt is happened easily after jointing .
Afterwards, there is a new way--hot vulcanizing ,which make the belt fastener way become the past.
Hot vulcanizing way is polular with mining cooperation because it have high bonding strength after vulcanzing , and the vulcanized surface of belt is same with original belt as well.
But the biggest disadvantage of hot vulanizing is it need heavy equipment and have long vulcanizing time which is unsuitable for emergency repair .
In recent years, with the emergence of belt cold bonding joint way, we have more choices of belt joniting than ever before.
We have mentioned in previous article that cold bonding joint is only suitable for common belt such as NN, CC, EP belt.
Let's be back to the question: can it reach high strength to make belt cold bonding joint ?
What is the core of belt joint? It is obviously upon materials such as repair strip,cold vulcaniznig glue . If we have a good choice on these two materials, bonding strength will
be high by itself.
