ZM-7 Air-entraining Superplasticizer

ZM-7 is a compound superplasticizer composed of water-reducing ingredients and air entraining ingredients and a retarding air entraining superplasticizer prepared by multiple surface-active agents. It is characterized by chlorine free, low alkaline, retard and slight slump loss. The appropriate mixture of air entraining superplasticizer could obviously reduce surface tension of concrete, bleeding and segregation, improve peaceability, anti-permeability, freezing-thawing resistance and durability of concrete. It will generate even and stable minute bubbles difficulty to break when added in concrete and thus is applicable to concrete with certain air content requirement used in ports, wharfs, water engineering, highway pavement as well as anti-freeze thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage engineering.

II. Main technical performance

1. Determine optimal mixing amount after adjustment and mixing according to requirements for air content (3-5%). Water-reducing rate: 15-20%.

2. Lower heat diffusion and heat conduction coefficients of concrete after adding this product and increase the volume stability of concrete and durability of various outdoor structures.

3. Prepare commodity concrete with requirements for freezing-thawing resistance. Determine slump equation of concrete through tests before using it or require manufacturer to adjust it.

4. Applicable to ordinary concrete of C30-C50, lean concrete, hydraulic concrete, liquid concrete, commodity concrete and especially concrete engineering with requirements for freezing-thawing resistance and durability.

III. Main application

Concrete with certain air content requirement used in ports, wharfs, water engineering, highway pavement as well as anti-freeze thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-permeation engineering, etc.

IV. Usage and precautions

1. It can be added with mixing water at the same time.

2. Mixing amount shall be increased by 0.2-0.3%.

3. According to the specific requirements and conditions of engineering, the concrete trial-mix test shall be conducted in advance.

V. Package and storage

1. This product is non-ignitable, anti-freezing and pollution-free and ensures safety during transport, storage and usage.

2. Shelf life: 2 years.
