Han's Yueming Laser CMA2125-F airbag laser cutting machine adopted gear rack transmission structure to realized three times cutting effective than conventional cutting machine; steel frame structure with the overall structure to make sure the stability that to realized high cutting precision; compact machine structure design that reduce the size of machine and maintenance costs. ymhqy2015

Features:

1. CMA2125-F airbag laser cutting machine adopted RF CO2 laser generator which is with high density of light spot, low maintenance cost and long working life.
2. Gear rack transmission structure is adopted to realize the high speed bilateral synchronous drive, which is three times higher in efficiency compared to traditional cutting machines with belt conveyor.
3. Steel frame structure with the overall structure of welding and stress relief treatment, to ensure the machine deformation tolerances within 0.02 mm.
4. This laser cutting machine equipped with hybrid laser system that ensure consistent light spot and cutting effect.
5. Fixed optical path design is adopted for easy adjustment and less maintenance, therefore the service cost is very low.
6. Distributed air draft structure helps effectively absorb cutting smoke and dust particles for better working environment.
7. Compact laser machine structure requires less room.
